Can income that is not taxable be considered for the I-134 ? I have about 16,000 dollars made from eBay for the year of 2012 . I can provide all the paypal information . If you make less then 20,000 on paypal it is not taxable and a 1099 is not generated . The year before that I made 29,000 which I got a 1099 and added to my yearly earnings . I can even go back to 2010 and 2009 to show this . This year I am on pace for 15,000-20,000 which I can also show . I do not own a business I just buy and resell items from thrift stores . Kind of a hobby that I turned into a little money maker . Actually enjoy the thrill of finding all the old toys and games . I never considered this for income to go along with the 19,200 I make now with my current job . If I can show that I at least make 15,000 a year from those type sales going back to 2011or more . Would that be something the CO might consider along with his decision to accept the I-134 ? I am trying for a second job , but the thought of 16 hour work days to make 34,412 I need to cover is unsettling . I can show when the paypal account was opened and total deposits for the years 2010-2012 . I can also show a balance , but it was all deposited to my bank account from paypal .
