Normal waiting times?

Hello there.

Its been 8 months since we applied for AOS and still the status is in Initial Review. Normal?

How long does it usually take? It says its being reviewed at the National Benefit Center. Any way that i can see the timelines for this center?

And also last question, is there a topic started for December 2012 AOS? Can someone direct me to it, so i can keep in touch?

Because of the time you have been waiting, your type of visa and the facility center, you are very likely to receive your green card without interview, just like many of us. Even when is a great thing having the interview waive it takes 7 to 11 month to be approve. Mine took 9 month and 1 day (july 2012- april 2013). About the processing time, you need to look your local office for i864 processing time, even if your case its been handle it by the NBC, they take in consideration your local office to work. There's not much you can do, just be patient

Right now we are on 8 months, and we have begun putting in service requests. Look at uscis.gov and look at your local city, to see what dates they are processing. they are processing our appts at NBC according to our local office, and/or your file may be sent to the local office to be processed.

My AOS was approved on August 31!!!!!!!! sooooo HAPPY
