Hi All,

My parents are U S Citizen, my mum filed for my siblings unmarried over 21.

The priority date is May 2011. The petition is still on Initial Review, no approval yet , the beneficiary country is Nigeria.

I would like to find out if there is anyone here in a similar situation.

I want to know when will the petition be approved by USCIS.

Thank you for your help.

You will be waiting years for any action. They are limited visas in this class and people that applied in 2006 are getting interview now. They tend to work the petitions in slow times as it doesn't make difference if it get approved in 5 months or 5 years.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
