Did I miss something? Wasn't he on the phone talking to his female friend at the time this went down? And what proof was there he was going to commit a crime? I guess this new generation commits crimes while on the phone, glad we have bluetooth headsets. I can break into someone's home AND talk on the phone at the same time.

yes. his devious intentions were apparent, walking in the rain, at night, all alone. what was he thinking? staying on the phone with his girlfriend, trying to sound like a real man who, if confronted by a stranger, would stand his ground..

Also did not fail to notice that several of our biggest and most notorious banks are as close or closer to the White House as the Treasury dept.

We rode the metro from Smithsnian station back t o the la enfant, when we got on the car, we had to stand next to really well dressed black guy in an expensive suit . I swear to god he looked at me and edged toward the door and practically leaned against it while watching me out of the corner of his eye.
