How to access funds from Bank Of China?

My darling wife has some funds on deposit in China, and now wants access from here. How can she transfer, or even get the funds onto a debit type card? I believe she wants the funds to be available to use in China, not here. Not exactly sure, but how can she access her account there?

Funds in China, to use only in China, well, can do easy account transfer to another account in China. Her bank has an online portal that may be blocked from usage in the USA .

Did she set up for online access and use it , in China, before leaving for the USA?

if she was going to transfer funds from China to USA, then is easily done via TT, but must to study the TT instructions with that bank. some require pre-approval with 'stand at my counter and sign this form' before further electronic TT requests can be made.

Debit transfers are the least expensive as I recall, when I doubt contact your bank on how to transfer the funds.
