We received our NOA2 and noticed that my wife's (the applicant's) middle name was spelled incorrectly. After sifting through our submitted documents, I noticed that I mispelled her name on the form I-485. I called them and they told me to write them a letter to inform them of the mistake, but I forgot to ask where to send it. I've written then letter and will be sending it along with the corrected I-485 form (unless this is a bad idea to send this too?), but I don't know which address to send to at this point. Can someone please tell me? We live in Texas.

Also, our interview date has been set for September 24th. Will this mistake cause a major delay for us? Has anyone had this issue before? I wish I would have discovered it sooner.

I think you should just inform the IO at the interview, and she can correct it then.
