Fiancé arrives sep21 How lo g do I have when I marry her to file AOS for her and her chiid

No time limit, if you are married withing the first 90 days after she arrives at her POE. However, she will be out of status, unable to travel, and not eligible for work until she does file for AOS.

I just wanted to stop by and shout out because my fiance's flight is also booked to arrive Sept 21st!! Only 25 days left!!

As for AOSing, I believe that as long as you marry within the 3 months you can take your time in filing... but hopefully someone else will confirm...

Get married within 90 days. File anytime after you are married, but the sooner the better, if she wants to receive all the benefits of being a lawful permanent resident.

90 days !!!

It is only 90 days to get married, not to file for AOS. There is no deadline to file for AOS. As long as they marry within 90 days of entry with the K-1, and they never leave the US, then they are eligible to file for AOS.

I completely agree with the sooner the better for filing though.

Also the advantage of filling quick is that you just need the vaccine transcription from an USCIS authorized surgeon, and not the whole exam again... i think they have as expiration date a year after they are done...dancin5hr.gif
