Well if all goes well I will get an awesome Birthday present! My birthday is December 8th and NOA1 should happen in the next couple of days, they cashed the check!

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Can you see a copy of the cleared check in your online bank account? If so, view the back and look for your reciept number... mine starts with EAC, I'm not sure if it's that for all service centers or not. Get that reciept number and go here, https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp , to set up your USCIS account. Then you can log in and check your status online and sign up for e-mail updates so you get an e-mail when you're approved.

Yep, I can see a copy of the back of the check, but..... my bank stamped over it all and its a blur. Guess i'll have to wait for the snail to bring me a number. Thanks for the info
