All our evidences are scanned copy. I think clear photo copy will do just fine just make sure that the boarding passes/passport stamps are in clear copies. It would be better that such evidence will be on colored copy. :) just put into your cover letter that everything you sent was a duplicate of your originals.

For the I-129F petition, send copies of things, not originals. You may never get back the originals. That being said, you do not have to send a copy of every single letter, email and text to each other. That is overkill. You need to be sure to send copies of the most important things such as passport stamps, boarding passes, hotel and ATM receipts, bank/credit statements that show use in the other country while visiting, etc. Those are the things used to prove you have met face-to-face in the 2 years prior to filing.

THIS IS REGARDING THE EVIDENCES. I'M CONFUSED RIGHT NOW IF I SHOULD PHOTOCOPIES ALL MY ORIGINAL EVIDENCES LIKE LETTERS, REMITTANCES, ITINERARIES AND ETC.

i just want to know if I need to obtain a Japanese police clearance or certificate I been in japan last sept2008 to sept 2011 is this one I need to pass also on my evidence, but now I been working here in new Zealand can u help me a advice thank you...
