I would like to ask, what or which documents does my fiance(petitioner) should send me(beneficiary) as per the guide,

Send all originals of the documentary proof that you submitted for the I-129F to your fiance(e) for their interview at the embassy.

This means the originals of any "copies" that were sent to USCIS: of previous divorce certificates, etc. This is in case the consul wants to see them.

The beneficiary should also get a complete, exact copy of the petition package that was sent to USCIS. This is for familiarity and review purposes: at the consular interview, the beneficiary should be able to talk fluently and in detail about everything that was sent to USCIS.

I stumbled into this topic, and I have the same question. Me and my fiance are already on the post NOA2 stage. I need to clarify which documents/copies that my petitioner will send me(beneficiary)? Is this the bank documents / copies he sent to USCIS?

You should bring originals of any copies that were sent in with the I-129F petition. These are things such as original boarding passes, original receipts, original ticket stubs, certified copies of any divorce decrees, etc. USEM didn't really ask to see any of the originals of our evidence of meeting, but the CO can ask to see them. You should also know and understand what was sent with the I-129F, including any letter describing how you met, any letter describing your relationship, etc. Its not necessary to have a copy of the entire I-129F package, but its wise to understand what was sent in to describe your relationship. The CO can ask you questions based on what was sent in with the I-129F.

At the minimum, your fiancé needs to mail to you an original signed I-134 Affidavit of Support, and his most recent 1040 tax return with W2s. In addition, he can send to you an employment letter, copies of pay stubs, and bank letter if using assets. If your fiancé's tax return shows he is above the poverty guideline, they may not ask to see anything else.
