Hi guys, need your help! Just got my RFE today. It has two pages.
Here's what the RFE said:

Page 1: The petition/sponsor's icome on the Federal income tax return does not meet or exceed 125% of the poverty guideline. The petitioner/sponsor lists their current income on Form 1-864 as an amount to be considered as sufficient; howerver, no evidence has been submitted as proof of current income.

Page 2: Based on the documents submitted with Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the petitioner/sponsor, the income did not meet 125% of the federal poverty line for petition/sponsor's household size. Submit evidence of assets that meet the standards listed below or obtain joint sponsor.

I already asked my wife to get a copy of her employment contract and pay studs of the past 6 months. She started her job in October 2012 and her salary is over $25,000. what documents should I send the USCIS beside the letter from her company and pay studs. and also

Do I still need to include evidence of assets as requested on Page 2?

First question first, what petition did your wife file for you? You are in the CR1 process right? If so, you should have posted in the CR1 sub-forum.

Did you include that in your package went you sent it? If yes, resend it anyway. And send a letter from the employer too (showing starting date, and salary)

You should include all the evidence you have, so yes, the evidence of assets too.

This is the minimum... Maybe it is a good time to add a co-sponsor too (I am not sure if this is possible to do that, but I am a 100% sure many people on this forum know)

Good luck in your visa journey!

Thanks for the advices. I'm adjusting from a f-1 visa. When we filled, we sent her tax return from the last 3 years, her work contract, and w2s.

Ok, include the letter of the employer, because this is what they ask for, not the employment contract. Include the pay stubs from the last 6 months. You should include also anything else that show your assets, you don't want to miss this chance to make things right.

By the way, I am sorry this happen to you, it sucks. Good luck for the rest of your journey!
