Our situation is my husband will end his contract job by this month, he has been applying many different types of jobs in Renton, WA but so far no calls... I'm stuck here in Vietnam and waiting for our I-130 visa....

If he could get a job then things will be ok that he can take care of his bills and make things before I can save money here then go there. I dont know what to say but seems like its really hard to find a job there, I dont know people there to ask for helps... thats a shame to talk out things like that but we really do need help from people....

if anyone knows place hiring people or you are hiring people then please inbox me. really depressed ang get fighting all the time cuz we dont know what to do, life is so hard.right now he is staying at a friend's place, he has no family support either, so we are out of options.... i really appreciate if anyone can help us

Hang in there and good luck. No shame in sharing - networking improves your husband's chances of getting a lead on a good job. Dealing with these sorts of issues is all part of being married. Putting this on top of the stress from the visa process is hard - I know exactly what you are feeling and going through.

Remember that you are never out of options. I'm not familiar with Renton (I believe this is a suburb of Seattle). If you are mobile (willing to move) the chances of finding a good job are improved. I know not everyone is able to move but in some places in the US the economy is doing very well (Texas is an example).

Your husband is a big boy and has found work before. I really don't get why you are being pulled into it. You can't find a job for him from Vietnam. Why doesn't he have his own apartment? Why is he staying at a friend's? People should have some money saved up in case they lose their job, which does happen. Also, the US has unemployment compensation that could help him pay his bills. Really not sure why he doesn't have his own place to live.

Sounds like a dangerous situation for you to move to. Something isn't right here.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
