co sponsor issue please help

Hello everyone please I need your advice on this, my mother inlaw is our co sponsor, but she already did a co sponsor for my wife brother's wife last year. She makes about 65,000 annualy, my question is can she still do a co sponsor me too? Please your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Yes unless she has lots of minor kids she supports, her income is sufficient to sponsor again.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Whether she can sponsor you is dependent upon how many people are in her household count for purposes of the I-864.

Go fill out the I-864 household size section. Then look at the I-864p to see if her household size and income is sufficient to sponsor you.
