Question 11 asks:

I Do or Do Not (check one) intend to make specific contribtuions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

I am sending Form I -134 to my fiancee for her to bring with her to the interview. The example form on VJ has neither of the boxes checked with the typed answer as:

N/A (K1 visa process for permanent residence)

My fiancee is the only person listed in item 3, the others are answered as NONE.

Should I not check either box and write the exact same answer as in the example form?

Thanks

I checked "Intend". You can type that you will fully sponser her financially or as needed. I had no problem with that answer.

Hey guys we have the issue with question 11. But aside from me, my son's name is included in question3 (follow to join). Should my fiance still answer part 11 like the example provided?

The petitioner is the USC, so the USC petitioner is the one that needs to provide an affidavit of support to prove they can support their foreign fiance(e).
