any advise for the proof of 5 years residency in the u.s my fiance send me his old passport.. well he went there sonce 2003 he was 11 years old. and he also sent me some transcripts. thats it. what else do we need for the proof of five years?

This is for his child, right? Which passport did he send you? The one on which he originally entered the U.S.? It's going to be of limited help for a CRBA application. What you are looking for is supporting documents that show he has been in the U.S. for a total of five years, two of which were after he turned 14. Does he have school report cards or transcripts? How about proof of employment that shows income earned in the U.S.? Rental/Lease documents? Phone bills or utility bills in his name? Just some suggestions......

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

A US passport will not be helpful to show 5 years of residence. I've traveled outside the US many times, and my passport is not always stamped. From my passport, you would think that I have not traveled as much as I actually have.

You want tax records or school records.

Get his middle school and high school transcripts. These will be the best to show that he was in the US for at least 5 years and 2 of those years was after age 14.
