Providing receipts of money sent to fiancee during interview

I am the USC who is petitioning for my fiancee . When I sent our I-129F I did not send any WU or Xoom receipts for frontloading . I was afraid that it might be misinterpreted differently by USCIS or US embassy as I have read different opinions whether to send or not to send. For those who already have their interviewed at the Manila embassy, is it a good idea when she goes for the interview to give these receipts as further proof of ongoing relationship? I have been sending her money every month since our relationship started . Thanks for any advice.

Hello. My fiance didnt send WU receipts for I-129F but I did bring them on my interview last aug. 14 for proof of ongoing relationship. The consulate did not ask for it and I was approved :)

Whatever our souls are made of HIS and MINE are the same! :)

IMO - Sending proof of regular remittances = Not a good idea for K-1s. Is a good idea for I-130s.

we actually sent the USCIS few copies of western union's receipts along with the I-129F petition. during my interview, I brought 2 receipts per month but they didn't even asked for it..

your fiancee could bring the money transfers on her interview, you know, just to have it ready smile.png

Agree, could be interpreted as providing spouse support by the CO, rendering the couple as ineligible for a fiancee visa.

I agree with the other responses. We even received an RFE on the I-129f but I still did not send WU or bank transfer statements. Showing the strength of the relationship such as being together in person and having evidence of that is most important.

For the Embassy interview take everything you have. Like the others said, our WUs and records of emails etc were never requested. They did want and keep my letter from my company stating I had a job.

We were also Approved after my fiancée in Embassy for 2 hours and Visa Released the next day.

Best of luck always, take care

Truly not needed, but no harm in sending them copies if you want. As long as you have chat/phone logs, emails and of course pictures together plus you fiancée truly knows you all will be fine.
