No NOA2 Hard Copy and Wrong Embassy?

I'm a bit confused about something and I'm hoping someone can help me out.

On July 7th out petition was approved. We still haven't received a hard copy of our NOA2. My fiance called the NVC and they gave him our case number. I checked the status of our case at https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx and it says that our case is ready to schedule an interview in Montreal.

The reason I'm confused is cause I would think we'd have our NOA2 by now. Also, I live in Calgary and our case number starts with VAC. I should be interviewing in Vancouver.

Any input is really appreciated!

It may just be a glitch or an error, try having your fiancé call again to confirm where it was sent.

I'll lose my mind (even more) if I have to go to Montreal! I'm hope it's a glitch. I will have him call again to confirm. I wonder if this happens often.

Lol we'll picket the consulate in Calgary if we must!!! (Wouldn't it be so handy if we could just have interviewed there?)

Just a FYI all CR1 Visas (Spousal)... interview in Montreal. No choice there.

I had to fly from Calgary and survived. Just made it part of a holiday. Whatever it takes to be with your loved one, you will do.
