It doesn't even matter that theyre banned because you can still buy Kinder chocolate. I get it all the time and its amazing! They kinder chocolate bars are much better anyway cos you hardly get any chocolate to eat with the eggs. And they toys inside are always rubbish.

It's a weird and pretty crazy ban, as they sell many types of chocolate eggs with a toy in the middle exactly the same way kinder eggs. Well not exactly they taste gross. I think they are more worried that if kids taste decent chocolate they won't buy Hershey's anymore, that stuff is gross!

And the US doesn't have other chocolate eggs with toys inside. But Kinder eggs are unbanned, and very similar to the others (not totally different for the person who said it was but hasn't ever seen one...)

It would be cool if the eggs came with a toy gun inside. That way when a kid choked on it they could claim it was gun related.
