I was wondering if anyone knows how many years of tax returns are required at the Kiev Embassy? Is the number required dependent on my individual income?

Oh, and how can I get older W2's? and if I filed jointly with my Ex-wife, do I need to present her W2's?

I did not submitted w2, just last year tax return, recent pay stubs, employer letter n i134 , I didn't ask for any thing either u ask this question in country portal of Ukraine, may any one from ur country give u some fruit full reply..

Three years is suggested and the IRS tax transcripts, which are free, are best and take the place of copies of the entire return.

Get the transcripts from the IRS. Google is your friend.

What does it say in the packet 3 they sent to your fiance(e)? Does it say that you have to prepare W2 and three years of tax return?

Prepare as stated in the packet 3.

My fiance gave me only one year of tax return as they stated in the packet 3.

my fiance had his interview on august 6th and they did not ask for any tax return at all!! they just needed I-134 form thats it

I submitted one year tax return with w-2s, 1099s.

If you want to give more (not needed) and do not have w-2s then just call the IRS and request FREE transcripts to be sent to you. They can even email them or fax them the same day. No w-2s needed if you give tax transcripts.

Despite what anyone says transcripts are not "preferred" but are sometimes a lot simpler than copying a complicated return.
