I have a question about filling out the I-864 when completing the AOS paperwork. If I send in all paperwork around the middle of February 2014, and I havent filed my 2013 taxes..... on part 6 Question 13a-c should I be putting 2012, 2011 and 2010 as the three most recent years and submit 2012 tax transcripts?

Yes, 2010-2012 taxes.

If you get delayed and have an interview after the April tax filing deadline, it would be good to bring the 2013 txes to interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
