So, since my friend's taxes are weird, we are trying to think of other people who could be our joint sponsor... What about someone who just got his green card? His wife is currently sponsoring him, but he is making enough money on his own that he could also sponsor my husband. Can we do that?

This is so stressful...... and I really need to be writing my thesis...

by the way, anybody know what's wrong with immigrate2us.net?

LPR's CAN be sponsors.

I do not believe it matters if he's a conditional or unconditional resident. There's no difference between CPR and LPR as far as their rights are concerned.

Filed AOS from F-1
Green Card approved on 01/04/07
Conditions removed 01/29/09

Citizenship Oath 08/23/12
