Hi AOS filers,

Anxiously waiting for an interview date after being update to "Testing and Interview" over 2.5 weeks ago. Anyone else in this boat?

AOS

07/01/2013 Sent I-485/I-130/II-765/I-131 USPS Priority certified mail to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

Day 1: 07/03/2013 USPS package delivery receipt online

Day 9: 07/11/2103 Received NOA1 texts and email confirmations from G-1145 AOS package cover page

Day 10: 07/12/2013 Received I-797C hardcopy NOA1's in the mail for all forms submitted

Day 14: 07/16/2013 Received Biometrics appt. Notice for 08/01/2013 appointment

Day 30: 08/01/2013 Biometrics completed

Day 36: 08/07/2013 Received text and email alerts that I-485 has been updated to testing and interview. Awaiting hard copy appointment notice.

Day 63: 09/03/2013 Received text and email alerts that I-765 (EAD) is in card production, and that I-131 has been approved and a letter mailed to that extent

Day 66: 09/06/2013 Received 2nd text and email alerts for I-765 card production (a duplicate of the first?)

Day 69: 09/09/2013 Received 3rd text and email alerts for I-765 card production: card in the mail (no tracking number given)

Day 71: 09/11/2013 Received USPS delivered envelope with EAD combo card also serves as "I-512 Advance Parole" in the mail.

I am waiting in line for an appointment at the Chicago office too!

08/02/2013 - AOS packet sent via Express mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)
08/05/2013 (day 1) - Delivered to USCIS Chicago
08/08/2013 (day 4 ) - Received USCIS Acceptance Confirmation emails. Awaiting official receipt notice (Form I-797) in the mail.
08/08/2013 (day 4 ) - Check cashed
08/12/2013 (day 8) - Received 3 NOA's by mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)
08/16/2013 (day 12 ) - NOA for Biometrics appointement. Date set for 08/27/2013

08/21/2013 (day 17) - Succesful walk-in Biometrics
08/27/2013 (day 23) - Biometrics appointement (Original)
08/27/2013 (day 23) - I-485 status online changed to "testing & interview"

10/7/2013(day 63) - EAD in card production, I-131 approved
12/24/2013 - I-485 status showing the interview date.
1/23/2014 - Interview and GC production ordered

I'm Currently waiting for my status to change to testing and interview after a RFE almost 2 weeks now since they received it. The Chicago office are way behind on their I-485 Applications though, they are currently only Processing February 3, 2013 so I wonder if the NBC is waiting to transfer cases there right now. i hope they start speeding things up.

AOS timeline: Adjusting from VWP

8/7/13 Sent AOS package to Lock box chicago

8/12/13 Received NOA in mail

8/20/13 Biometrics appointment received.

9/7/13 Received RFE In mail. (Need to send I-94 and another I-864)

9/9/13 Biometrics completed. (took only 20 minutes smile.png

9/24/13 Sent requested documents from RFE

9/28/13 Status changed to Request for Evidence Response Review

10/23/13 Status changed to EAD Card/ Document Production

10/28/13 Status changed to testing and interview
11/1/13 Received EAD card in the mail dancin5hr.gif

Hi I am waiting for an interview date from the Chicago field office too.

It has been more than 6 weeks since it changed to "testing and interview".

As far as I know they are the slowest office with no dates received so far.

08/02/2013 - AOS packet sent via Express mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)
