My fiance has interview next month. I just sent all the required document to her. I just saw this on the Mumbai US embassy page under Interview instructions of K Visa Applicants:

"

  • Statement concerning your intent to enter into a valid marriage with youe fiancé/e within 90 days of your admission into the U.S. Do not sign this statement until instructed to do so by the Consular Officer.

"

Now what is this? This was not listed in packet 4. What are other people's experience? What did you guys take for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
