Hello everyone,

While I patiently wait for NVC to forward our information to China, I have some quesitons about the I-134 that I have not found clear answers on. I am hoping some one could give some advice.

Question 10: This questions is phrased different than question 9. Question 9 says previously, but 10 does not. Do you need to include ex on this line?

Question 11: Is the box checked or not checked? Is "N/A (I-129F/K1 Visa Process)" a suitable answer?

Thank you all and good luck on your journeys.

Tim and Lin

Did you petition for your EX? If so yes to 9 you put anyone that you petitioned for before.

You may want to look at the example form:

So just put the ex in number 9, not 9 and 10?
Put EX down on line 10 Relationship EX-Wife and date.
