noa2 received i129f approval

hello everyone I'm happy to announce that i recieved my noa2 yesterday august 22 2013 and im very excited i sent my packet about june 21 and it only took 60 days from the time i sent the packet to noa2 approval.

the only thing i can say i did was to follow the directions exactly as noted and i sent both my birth certificate and all copies of my passport pages

also i put everything neatly and separated with many paper clips and even stapled a few things then on top of that i included notes to detail what was what as to make the whole process a lot easier on the person reviewing my case.

i included a few pictures of me and my fiancee hugging and kissing and showing general love for each other

i inlcuded my bank statement and about 2 pay stubs

A note to others about the above:

• It is only necessary to send a copy of your birth certificate OR a copy of all pages of your passport, not both. The purpose of sending one or the other is to establish your US Citizenship; sending both does nothing to bolster your case.
• Before a file is reviewed by an adjudicator, they are taken apart and reassembled according to their own liking (the file also needs to be scanned). Use of staples needlessly increases time spent on your file.
• Bank statements and two pay stubs are not needed when filing a petition and do nothing to support your case at this time. You will still have to resubmit it with the I-134 and later with the I-864 when going through the Adjustment of Status process.

I guess they liked how neat i put everything and thus the fast processing they actually Only had the file about 55 days total. I added the extra passport pages to just avoid any slight possibility of an rfe because i read too many rfes regarding request for passport copies. Why take the chance of a month delay on an rfe? Thanks again just sharing my personal experience im glad i should spend the holidays with my soon to be wife.
