There are 4 things you could do:

1. Leave her, go back home. Swallow your pride, these things do happen.

2. Leave her, see a lawyer and fight (legally - get a lawyer) to stay. Without lots of proof, this would probably be like going through the eye of a needle.

3. Stay with her and try your utmost best to work things out. However, I'm pretty sure she looks down on you and there is little you can do to salvage the situation (she kicks you out of bed and starves YOU, the employed one, for crying out loud!!)....unless your nuts grow back and you tell her AND prove to her that you don't give a sh!t about paperwork or staying here AND you would leave her and her children in a heartbeat.

4. Stay with her and document as best you can, proof of mistreatment and spousal abuse, then leave her and fight (legally) to stay.

The fourth would raise eyebrows as this is a bad way to approach things and would be an absolute last-resort position, but if you have been as badly mistreated as you said, well...it's up to you. Keep what friends you have close. Good luck and best wishes.

Whoa people, let's lighten up here a little. This guy is asking for help. None of us know if it is true, but abuse is not limited to men on women.

If the facts are true, then find a legal aid society or immigration rights organization to assist you in establishing the abuse and file for protective status. It should be interesting if a man does this since so many have been women (whether abused or only accusing). I would suggest for your immediate future, if you have a job then keep it. Try to find someone that will let you stay with them until you get enough money to stay on your own. It is relatively easy to get a checking account opened.

So, stop sounding like a wounded dog and stand up for yourself. Find ways to keep yourself alive and work on the process. If you are truly unhappy here, then work long enough to get money to travel home and build a little savings too.
