I CAME IN ON A K-3 VISA FROM NIGERIA ABOUT NINE MONTHS AGO AND WAS LIVING WITH MY WIFE WHO IS PUTTING ME CONSTANTLY ON HUNGER AND TRIBULATION EVERY TIME.ANYTIME WE HAD AN MISUNDERSTANDING, SHE PUSH ME AWAY FROM THE BED AND MAKE ME SLEEP ON THE FLOOR.SHE REMOVED MY NAME FROM THE SAME CHECKING ACCOUNT,SHE WAS NOT WORKING AND SHE WAS IN CONTROL OF FINANCE,SHE SIGN MY LAST PAYCHECK WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND SHE DEPOSITED THE MONEY INTO HER ONLY OWN ACCOUNT,I TOLD HER IT WAS ILLEGAL TO ACT THAT WAY BUT SHE SAID I CAN'T DO ANYTHING SINCE WE WERE MARRIED COUPLE EVERYBODY TELLS HER THIS IS WRONG THE TREAT ME. I CAN'T TOUCH ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE, THE TV AND COMPUTER ARE DISCONNECT,CAN'T EVEN WATCH THE PROGRAM OF MY OWN WHENEVER SHE ALLOW ME ACCESS TO THE TV. AND CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH MY FAMILY ABROAD.I DON'T HAVE A CONDITIONAL RESIDENT YET SINCE SHE IS NOT COO PRATING TO FILE FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUE.THINGS ARE REALLY GOING THE WRONG DIRECTION WITH MY WIFE AND STEPDAUGHTERS AND I STILL LOVE HERBUT SHE WAS NOT SMART ENOUGH TO REALISED THAT.FOUR MONTHS AGO,SHE MADE FALSE ACCUSATION WITH THE LOCAL POLICE THAT I BEAT HER.I WAS TAKEN TO JAIL BUT AFTER TWO MONTHS SHE CONFESSED TO THE DISRICT ATTORNEY THAT SHE FABRICATED THE POLICE REPORT SHE GAVE AND THAT SHE WAS TO BLAME FOR WHAT HAPPENED. THE CASE WAS CLOSED BUT I WAS ASKED TO JUST FINE,I WAS FORTUNATE TO HAVE THE COPY OF HER CONFESSING STATEMENT.LAST WEEK SHE REFUSED TO LET ME GO FOR A WALK AND THINGS WERE GETTING OUT OF CONTROL THAT I HAD TO STAYED WITH HER BROTHER,THE FOLLOWING MORNING AS I GOT HOME I MET MY STUFF OUTSIDE WITH WRIT TING NOTE THAT I SHOULD NOT ENTER HER HOUSE,I REPORTED THE INCIDENT TO THE LOCAL POLICE AND ALL THE SUBSEQUENT ABUSE FROM HER.I WAS ADVICE ANT TAKEN TO THE BUS STATION BY HER OWN FAMILY TO GO AND STAY WITH MY FRIEND WHO LIVE IN NEW YORK.ISN'T THIS AN ABUSE ON ME AND WHAT SHOULD I DO?AS A FAILED MARRIAGE IS A SHAME TO MY FAMILY. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Report the theft of your paycheck to the police. Then find some social services agency (maybe a shelter) who has a staff member who can assist you.

That is assuming you want to leave the relationship.

I don't know what the hell is the matter with these people (the ones make insulting and/or racist comments), probably many of them would not behave this way if the poster was a woman.
