The interview went well. He said the people interviewing him were very nice.

He got AP though (admin processing) on a green slip and they told him it will take 3-4 months to get his visa. The questions he was asked were the following:

- what is your wifes name?

-who is calling you to the US?

-what is your wifes job?

-where does she work?

- who does she live with? Name all members

- where will you live when you go there?

Then he asked for pictures which my husband gave him an album of. That was it. Then they gave my hubby the green slip.

One of my husbands friends who had his interview 3 months ago also got the green slip but along with it he got a brochure and some pamphlets of the USA

However, my hubby didn't get any of that. He just got the green slip that states that its in AP

I'm wondering why he didn't get it? Is there something wrong?

or maybe they just forgot to give it to him??

Would love to hear from you guys, please!

Well...I hope the AP does not last too long.

There is a forum for AP further down on the board. You'll find others who interviewed at Islamabad there and are also in AP for an unknown amount of time.

it takes more than a year atleast from Islamabad embassy to resolve the AP. I know people who are under AP for 22 months yet no visa issues. I am also a victim of AP (11 months now). I would suggest you to stay with your husband through this AP and pray.

but this time the CO said 3-4months
