Please find enclosed the following required and supporting documents:

· Completed and signed form I-130

· Personal Check in the amount of $420

· Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (petitioner)

· Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (beneficiary)

· Copy of our marriage certificate (translation included)

· Form G1145

· Copy of petitioner's proof of permanent residency.

Evidence of Bona Fide Marriage:

· Copy of passport with stamps of dates arrived in and departed from Morocco

· Travel Itineraries of Petitioner

· Photo pages as evidence to our bona fide relationship and marriage

· Sample chat logs between Petitioner and Beneficiary

· Copy of the Hotel receipt

Copies of the documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an immigration or consular officer at a later date.

I kindly request you to process the above petition and to provide the receipt notice as soon as possible.

One thing I would recommend. Do not send a personal check. Much safer to send a postal money order or certified/cashiers check. Just a thought. Might not be necessary but it could takes a long time for a personal check to clear. Just a suggestion.

Remember the G-1145 is on top of EVERYTHING including the check. Put the cover letter in the order of the items contained in the package. smile.png Otherwise it looks good.

Oh do you have to include a photocopy of your green card to show your permanent resident status? Don't forget that if so.

Include TWO passport photos each. People get RFEs for this.

(I talked to one attorney once and she said even though they request one photo each, they scan them and they may get stuck to a scanner and get ruined. So... better to include two)

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

I am the beneficiary. 8/12/2014 CASE COMPLETE!

8/26/2014 Medical

9/2/2014 Interview... APPROVED!!!

9/5/2014 Visa in hand

{OUR PROCESS}

*SENT PACKAGE DECEMBER 5TH 2012*

- Dec 9, 2012: Petition received by USCIS via USPS signature confirmation delivery

- Dec 13, 2012: Cleared check & NOA1 later in day

- Dec 18, 2012: NOA1 (hard copy) received in the mail dated the 12th Dec

- February 26, 2013: Petition is being transferred to another office

-February 28, 2013: Petition was received by unspecified office and alien registration number was changed.

-March 04, 2013: Called USCIS & found out our file was transferred to California Service Center.

-June 4, 2013 NOA2

-June 6, 2013: NVC Received petition

-June 19, 2013 : Petition left NVC

-July 3, 2013: Packet 3 Received (via email)

- Aug 13 2013: Interview Date : (Rescheduled for a later date)

- September 25, 2013: New interview date, initially approved but put into AP for insufficient co-sponsor.

- Sept. 25- Nov. 20th 2013: In AP due to insufficient co-sponsor

- Nov 21, 2013: CEAC website says visa is Issued :) YAY!

- Nov 26, 2013: Visa in hand dancin5hr.gif
