I am AOS from K1 , SEPT 2012 filter still waiting for approval from NBC .As it is already more than 11 months since NOA 1 , looks like I have to start thinking about the need for having to renew EAD/AP .

Does anyone know it it will be necessary for me to have biometrics taken again or will they just send me a new combo card by mail ?

Thank you for any suggestion

I think there might be biometrics if your fingerprints on file is longer than 15 months.

Fingerprint-Based Criminal Records Check

The validity period of your fingerprint check will be noted on your Notice of Approval (I-171H or I-797). Your fingerprints never “expire” but the validity period of background check and clearance based on the collection of your fingerprints is 15 months.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
