Hello to all VJ members..We are more than 4 months now of our application and while waiting some questions crossed my mind..Please i need your advice on this:

1. We weren't able to submit emails or conversations as part of our evidence but we do have lots of pictures ( wedding and with relatives) , marriage certificate, receipts with our names together, plane tickets during my husbands visit, baptismal and confirmation certificate of him ( he was baptized to catholicism here in philippines), Money receipts from western union and Xoom, 3 testimonials .Question:Do you think would that be an enough evidence or do we really need to submit the emails and conversations? How big is our chance to get RFE on that?

2. I am a nurse by profession and currently working in my country. Would that be a red flag since i married a US citizen?

3. He visited me for a week last July 2010( friendly visit), and after that we rarely communicate for a year and last june 2011 we communicate again and decided to get married on november of 2012. There's 2 years and 4 months gap during his 2nd visit..Would that affect our application especially we had a one year gap of no communication?

4. In case we got an RFE, would it be posted on USCIS website or it would still be the same as initial review?.

We are not of the same category but I just want to share my insights.. =)

1. I think you submitted enough evidence. Chat logs can still be shown during interview. And whatever it is that they deem lacking, they will say so. Chances of RFE are not really calculated. It really depends on your reviewer.

2. I don't think it would be a red flag. Why would you think so?

3. I don't think this would affect the petition. Me and my husband became a couple in August 2011 and got married on your same month also.. =)

4. The status will be changed. See my signature below. =)

For as long as the marriage is of good intention, there's nothing much to worry.. It is indeed a long journey with possible predicaments. But what's important is we will be with our better half someday.. Best of luck! kicking.gif
