RFEs are issued when something is missing, be ready to quickly respond to it after getting the notice in the mail! On the other hand... it's a sign ..... someone is working on your file :)

Don't worry ...be happy ...♫.....♪..

Good luck to you.

Hi Hanifa,

My fiance and I received an RFE on August 1st (though we weren't notified until a week later). There were two requests: for two current passport photos of us, as well as a statement of our intent to marry within 90 days of me entering the country. Very simple. Your case could be different, though the letter of intent to marry seems to be a common RFE for us K-1 Visa people.

Applied for Naturalization based on 3-year Residency

July 05, 2017 (Day 00) -  Submitted N400 Application, filed via USPS to Phoenix Lockbox

July 10, 2017 (Day 05) - NOA received

July 12, 2017 (Day 07) -  Check is cashed by USCIS

July 19, 2017 (Day 14) - Biometrics appointment letter mailed

August 02, 2017 (Day 28) - Biometrics appointment at Seattle Field Office

August 28, 2017 (Day 54) - Case is "in line" for an interview"

August 28, 2018 (Day 419) - Interview is scheduled
