I just got a message from uscis as below. is it normal process? anybody got this message from uscis?

why it transferred to local office from UCIS?


please help !!!

I think they forwarded your case to texas service center like ours....you will get approval soon

From what information we can gather from other VJers, your petition will be sent to the local New York field office for adjudication. The National Benefits Center, where all I-130s are filed nowadays (service centers sent all unprocessed petitions to the NBC) sends most I-130 petitions to the petitioner's local field office for adjudication. They are currently in a transitional phase, so it's unclear when this policy will change (or if it has already changed). Once fully transitioned (presumably in September), USCIS will adjudicate all I-130s in their Overland Park, Kansas facility.

U r petition has been moved frm nbc to local field

Office within ur states ....

Ours is also moved frm nbc to reno field office

So nw its totallly depends on field office how much load thy hav n take time

For further processing
