NOA Sept 17th

Biometrics Sept 24th - (appointment 10/9)

Transfer Oct 14th

OK, the signature block on our approval letter was from a local office near me...not anywhere near CSC. So, I think CSC is sending these (at least some of them) to local service centers to be adjudic

Hello guys,

I sent my ROC on September 16th. My case was transferred on October 11th but the difference here is that my biometric appointment was on October 16th (today). So my package was transferred to my "local USCIS office" before I even went for my biometrics.

On October 11, 2013, we transferred your CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

You mentioned that you case was transferred to a Local Office. We too got such information and later we received a letter (NOA2) indicating CSC office address where our cases ware transferred. Please let us know if you got a letter from USCIS indication that you were transferred to CSC.

Sure I will inform you as soon as I get a NOA2.

I checked my case on the USCIS website and it said the following:

However, when I call the USCIS number and check the status, it is telling me that it is in the Local office of St Albans in Vermont.

This is confusing.

07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Menpar28, most of us got the same type of messages as you got and landed up at CSC. Welcome to the club - right now few of 8/22 transfers are getting approvals.

Well you know, probably by late October and early November most of August case will be approved.

They are moving kind of quick.

I spoke to a lawyer here in Jersey last year. He told me by this time this year cases were going to fly off the table as quick.

He has insiders, he used to be an Immigration Officer.
