On the DS-160 it says I need to show an "evidence of approved I-129F". I figured this is the NOA2.

But on my case, we have not received our NOA2 hard copy yet.

Is there anything that I can give them for now since I can't provide that yet to them.

Can I show them the letter from NVC stating that our approved case wil soon be transferred to USEM Montreal? will they accept that? or the Printed copy of the status update on the USCIS stating that our approved case was forwarded to DOS for visa processing?

Are there somebody out there who have the same case like me? Please help.. Thank you very much..

No DS 160 for K1 visa...as far as I know DS160 will be fill up by those applying for B1/B2 or tourist visa.

The OP said Montreal. As far as I'm aware Canada does require the DS 160.

So you are in Canada and not the Philippines ?

If the DS-160 is required for Canada and the form requires you attach a copy of the NOA2 then you will need to wait. Is the form asking for a copy of your approval notice?

Yes, it says in here that I will need an "evidence of approved I-129F" but it doesn't specifically said that its the NOA2 which I think that is the approved they wanted. My fiancé is working on that because the NOA2 have not delivered to him yet and its already 1 month since our approval. He is calling USCIS, NVC, and DOS on that matter. Just concern what if we the hard copy of NOA2 is not yet on our hand can I just give them other proof like the emails from the update of status and also the letter from NVC stating that that our approved case will soon be transferred to USEM MOntreal? Thank you very much..
