Californian and Same Day Oath Ceremonies?

Greetings!

My sister is applying for her citizenship in October . We had a question if we she can request or is there an option in Californian if the interview passes successfully and the person can go for Oat ceremony and get their certificate. her husband lives in Germany and he is not well she just wanted to see if there is a chance.
