Received RFE notification today from VSC...:(

Just got a notification that USCIS mailed a RFE. My PD is Feb 22nd 2013. I was really hoping to get approval instead cray5ol.gif

Now I am just wondering what evidence they looking for?? Wife and I been married fr 10 years, we have one kid. We submitted BC for our son and marriage certificate. Both GC of wife and kid... So what else are they looking for???

Anyone has gone through same ?

Hi Kario i got the same thing too they requested MC and i already submitted that but they do misplace doc from time to time. So don't worry but when you receive the hardcopy try to respond to them ASAP. Goodluck

I gave them a duplicate of the original and it was accepted

The same thing happened to us.. They asked for a legible copy of the MC.

2013-09-06 : Hubby received NOA2 hardcopy // 2013-10-15 : Case number & IIN assigned by NVC; Received AOS fee invoice // 2013-10-17 : Submitted DS-261; Paid AOS fee // 2013-10-28 : Sent AOS package // 2013-10-29 : Received IV fee invoice; Paid IV fee // 2013-10-30 : AOS package delivered // 2013-10-31 : Sent IV package2013-11-02 ; Submitted DS-260 // 2013-11-30 : Received AOS checklist // 2014-01-06 : NVC received response to checklist
