I never included my oldest daughter on any forms I have submitted. She passed away a few years ago.

Waiting and watching the calendar flip ever so over closer to 4-2-2009 (When my 2 yr GC expires) . . .

I have another question.... I was going to include Noah's birth certificate as proof but I don't have it yet... they said we could go in person, 3 months after the birth to pick up the certificate, which would be in January sometime.... I don't really feel like going into LA to get the certificate....

we do have a certificate thing that we got from the hospital that hubby used to add Noah to his health insurance... Do you think that would be good enough? ... I also am going to include a copy of his death certificate....
