My fiance call nvc to ask about our case number and they gave it to us and said our case already sent to Indonesian US embassy on 9 aug.

And then our lawyer received nvc letter content case number with dated 12 aug..

My first question, which one is right?

And we check ur case number on CEAC, its shown that our case number ready to get interview schedule and its shown too recently date : 8 aug, and updated date : 13 aug..but we still no receive packet 3..

I'm so lost this point, any suggest what we have to do?send email to Indonesian US embassy to ask about our case or call nvc?thankyou for any advise as we need it..

Jakarta Embassy will send beneficiary Packet 3 via email. Usually, it will take about 5 to 7 days after the Embassy received your file from NVC. You email the Embassy to inquire whether or not they received your file.

Hi dandk, 1 quick question. I remember that there is no email box information in G-325A Biographic Information when we sent the petition to USCIS. How do they know beneficiary email address from? I put my email address on my statement letter though.

Apology for the confusion, what we meant to say, Jakarta Embassy will email Packet 3 to the petitioner which you will then forward to the beneficiary (fiancee). The petitioner's email address should be on I-129F during inital filing.
