Bringing sisters

Hello all.

I am new in this fórum and I am now in the process to file a form 1-130 for both of my two sisters and I am really concerned that the F4 is going to be eliminated with the immigration bill. This is the story

-I was the only child born in the US, my sisters and I have the same mother and father.

-I already have their birth certificates and I have them already translated.

This is the issue:

-When I was checking my birth certificate, I found that there is a spelling mistake in my mother's middle name, for example, instead of Isabel, it is written Isabela.

-I already checked with the vital statistics office of the state and they told me I can request the ammendment, but it takes 3 months.

-I want to file the I-130 right away, since I don't want to take the risk to wait 3 months (because of the immigration reform) , so I plan to do both processes in parallel.

The question is, do you think that I can file sending both certificates and a explanation letter stating that I am already processing the ammendment of my mother's middle name?

I am very nervious about waiting more time to file. Thanks!

The worst that will happen is a RFE by which time it will be sorted.
