I was wandering if anyone got I 130 approval from vermont processing center from January -may 2013?

I-130 priority date : 07 may 2013

transferred to Nebraska : 06 September 2013

processing started: 16 September 2013

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
08/12/2013 : I-485, I-131, I-765 Packet sent.
08/15/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.
08/21/2013: received hard copy.
08/25/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/13/2013.
08/27/2013: Done walk-in biometrics.
9/17/2013: I -485 status updated to testing and interview.

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years

Yes, there are MAY 2013 CSC filers who already have NOA2.

No, I don't see anyone on this forum who was approved with such PDs at VSC. From timelines, latest PD that was approved is 2012-07-09

04/08/2012: i130 sent

04/09/2012: NOA1

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

06/12/2013: NOA2

06/17/2013: NOA2 hard copy

06/17/2013: NVC received our case

06/28/2013: Case number assigned

07/01/2013: Sent DS3032 via email

07/03/2013: Recieved i864/DS3032

07/03/2013: Payed i864 bill

07/06/2013: Sent i864 package

07/08/2013: i864 package delivered

07/16/2013: Sent DS3032 via email second time (supervisor review)

07/17/2013: Rejected DS3032. We did a typo!!! Sent correct DS3032.

07/29/2013: Checklist for AOS

08/01/2013: DS3032 accepted

08/02/2013: Sent response to AOS checklist

08/02/2013: IV fee paid, IV package sent

08/05/2013: NVC received reply to AOS checklist and IV package

08/30/2013: AOS accepted

09/03/2013: Case complete

09/04/2013: Second AOS checklist that has to be taken to an interview

09/10/2013: Email notification about case being complete

10/02/2013: IL received

Hi All,

My PD is Feb 7th 2013 and my case is with VSC.

I got the following message from USCIS:

" transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case"

Status of my case is still in "Initial Review". Not sure what to make of this. Either my case got transferred to another Service Center or some thing else..!!

Oh no...my PD is Feb 6th 2013....I just got similar email from USCIS. Good that there are some activities. Hope to get the approval.

i observed that too more cases in CSC are approved than VSC. Oh good luck to me my daughter's case was transferred to VSC.

PD 8/12/2013

10 days waiting and im already stresed how much more if it will took months or even years :(
