vaccination follow-up shots

A friend of mine is concerned about this. She had her vaccinations done here in the U.S. but forgot to follow up and finish the sequence of shots for the measles and chicken pox vaccines. I'm not sure how long it's been since she submitted her AOS paperwork but she hasn't heard anything and was concerned that not finishing the sequence may affect her AOS. Does anyone know if USCIS follows up to see if people complete their shots? My friend plans to make an appointment to go in and finish the shots but I thought this was an interesting question. Any thoughts as to whether AOS could be delayed as a result of this? And when she does complete the shots, does she send in documentation to prove it?
