3 weeks and STILL no RFE!

What is going on with the USCIS as been waiting 3 weeks now and still no RFE. I've had enough of this now. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do now please before I go mad??

You can make an Infopass at the US citizen's local office and ask them to re-issue it (or they may be able to print you out a copy right there).

According to your timeline you resent the information regarding your RFE on 08/12. That was just a week ago. Probably need to be a little more patient.

Waiting is tough. I spent countless hours on VJ just reading and trying to help other. It actually helped me so much having somehting I could do to help others. Pray and be patient. I know it suck but in the end it will all be worth it. Hang in there.

I wud suggest you to take an infopass asap cuz it helps alot they can print out ur document from their system as they jst did for me, it took me 2.5months but never got the notice they sent it to me whe n i went to infopass they printed out that noltice for me :) well i jst chkd ur timeline u shud give themcouple of days more in order to make an infopass apointment.. good luck :)

Can NOA2 be granted at a INFO PASS? We now have an appointment for INFO PASS on Monday.

Highly unlikely. They are going to tell you that the service center is working on your case and they will notify you soon wheather your petition has been approved or they may send another RFE. The local office won't be of much help in this case.
