Do most cases get touched after biometrics appointment? If so... on average how long after does it happen?

I am glad to see your AOS is approved. Mine is like a roller coaster. I sent my RFE back to them. But not heard anything from them. Suck!! back to the waiting game again.

Just curious how long it took you till you received your interview appointment. We sent our package a couple weeks after yours and had biometrics the same day as you and haven't been touched other than when the EAD and AOS were received. I know it's way too early to even worry about it, but still curious. More than anything just anxious to get the EAD!

We sent our package a couple weeks after yours and had biometrics the same day as you and haven't been touched other than when the EAD and AOS were received. I know it's way too early to even worry about it, but still curious. More than anything just anxious to get the EAD!

We received our interview date approx 2 weeks ago...i understand that you want your EAD quickly, my temp one that i got from JFK run out last week and i have had to give up work...so fingers crossed that we will get approved at our interview as they are holding my job open for me for another couple of weeks. Hope you hear something soon.

Best wishes on your interview!!!!! And your job! My fiance has one more month on his EAD stamp from JFK and I'm real afraid he'll also have to quit his job. It doesn't make any sense to me that they let someone come over here to get married and then not allow them to work after those 3 months. I do understand that people abuse the system and/or don't end up getting married, but people will still abuse the system regardless and it just punishes those who are honest. It's not fair!

and think about how much it sucks that you can only get an EAD thru JFK. My hubby can't work at all, let alone the initial 3 months!
