I just found a thread on JV of someone not knowing that you need to list every past Divorce on the I-130 form. I have also made that mistake.

The explaination is that I never considered anyone being married to more than one person at a time, but it looks like the USCIS looks for any marriages but can not find the Divorces.

We need to add another diviorce to our application.

I'm not sure how to send an update to the application and have it go into the same file. As far as I can see my April 22, 2013 will still be 50-60 days waiting to be opened. So there should be time, but i have not read of anyone sending new information to USCIS before they as for it.

Can anyone tell me if i should wait or how to send this in?

You can try sending the additional information with a copy of the NOA1 or you can call a tier 2 with the USCIS and ask them.
