Hi all:

My I-130 has been filed on Sept 2012. The post office returned NOA1 (don't know the reason - please note, we haven't changed our address). We called USCIS and they resend the NOA1. The online status still shows -

On October xx, 2012, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. We will hold it for 180 days from October 10, 2012 to allow you time to contact us. If you do not contact us at 1-800-375-5283 within 180 days, this document will be destroyed and you will need to file a new application or application for replacement with fee.

We haven't received NOA2 till today. Any comments or similar experiences? Help on this would be highly appreciated.

call them or have a congressman followup on your behalf. A year for a NOA 2 is a long time. Normally its 6 to 8 months
