I waited 6 months, and all I got was RFE today. I have a few things to ask fellow members here for advice.

1. We are going to move to a different city for college soon, but we already signed the lease with our mom being a co-signer. So should we wait until then to send out evidence or we could do it now?

2. We don't have lots of financial stuff together. He's had a hard time finding jobs. He got his car when he was 16, so the insurance stuff is under his mom's name. Plus I can't drive yet. But we do have bank statements. Could we write a letter to explain the circumstance with our mother being a witness?

Any input would be appreciated

My wife and I are also young and full time college students with part time jobs and are currently living with my parents. My advice is to get as many affidavits as possible explaining your situation since you don't have much else. Good luck.

If you have time sufficient to send the evidence to RFE, then wait for the new lease else send what you have. Try to get a couple of affidavits from US Citizens only. Yes, always explain the important details in the covering letter.

Think hard and you may find some other additional evidence. All the best.
