Okay, here's the update

Moscow embassy called again they said everything is fine visa is approved, they just forgot to give my fiancée a paper to sign after interview where it says that she received some pamphlet about domestic abuse she already sent and emailed it they said should have the ending of the week or beginning next week. What exactly is this pamphlet?

I think our online status still shows us in Initial Review. They have been here for four years now.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Timeline

Skype is an easy way to call Russia. You have to give them your CC and pay for $10 credit but once set up you can call either from your computer or you smart phone. There are other cheaper options but Skype has good sound quality and doesn't involve PINs and access numbers.
