Question regarding expedite criteria for I130?

One of the criteria posted on USCIS is severe financial loss to company or individual. Currently I pay 20% of my income for daycare and if my wife is here of course I won't be paying anything and my son will get better care. Can this qualify me to expedite my petition after I file?

It looks like you need her for domestic help. You should never state if they were here i don't have to pay this or that.

Daycare is not a hardship. Because you would have it regardless if you had a foreign wife or not.

It just wasn't clear to me what is exactly considers financial hardship. Paying almost a 1000 a month for daycare when you have student loans and other bills is definitely tough. But I can't help it because I want my son close to me.

if it were that easy the vast majority of people who apply who be able to expedite. Many many of us have children with child care exepenses

Thanks for your input. I didn't say my child is financial loss I was trying to decide whether having extra expense can qualify me for expedite after I file. I didn't think this will qualify me but thought I might get some feedback from others.
