I just wanted to ask if any of you who have had their cases transfered to NVC on Aug 14th or 15th got your NVC numbers yet.

I called them this morning and they still did not have my case number. was told it could take up to 8 weeks. sad.png

Try back tomorrow. I was transfered to NVC on Aug 13th and got my case number today. they tell everyone it will take up to 8 weeks. So your number should be ready tomorrow. Call in the morning.

Looks like when you make an inquiry with uscis they punish you by putting you case at the back of the line. These cases still no action from TSC TO NVC.

NOA2 7/24 and still not transferred to NVC. ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE IS SAME SITUATION?

Yup. We were NOA2 on 7/24 also...as of Friday no MNL# and "it can take up to 8 weeks."

I saw at least one person on VJ with NOA2 of July 24 who got sent to NVC LAST WEEK. SO WHAT IS THE ISSUE WITH US? Guess we don't pay enough taxes!!!!

In Ukraine they dont transfer the papers to consulate, they give them to you sealed and you have to bring them with you to the consulate, I have spoken to other VJ members who have done it this way.

Will they forward the report to the consulate within a day? Check how quick cos you don't want it to be a case where they have not received medical when she interviews

To make sure I understand, NVC sends you the package to your address (?) and then you bring it to the Consulate? Strange, because everyone here is contacted by the local Embassies with a request for packet 3 as a result of receiving the processed petition from NVC. Am I missing something?

They meant the medical. Not the embassy files from NVC.

We didn't receive the NOA2 in the mail yet either. I will be calling USCIS on monday to put a service request.

Also we were transferred on the 15th to NVC and i8t did not reach there yet. I just got off the phone with them.

The girl said it may take up to 8 weeks, but to keep trying.
